This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Mobile) based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact mobile product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling next-generation mobile experiences that empower service professionals to run and grow their businesses. You will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy for mobile-first solutions, driving innovation across iOS and Android platforms, and helping modernize core user journeys. The role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business, with strong exposure to growth, fintech-related capabilities, and AI-enabled product development. You will lead discovery efforts, translate customer insights into actionable product direction, and ensure seamless execution from roadmap to delivery. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation, iteration, and customer empathy are central to success. You will play a key role in building scalable mobile products that directly improve the daily lives of users.
Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
- Identify market opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver mobile solutions.
- Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement of mobile user journeys.
- Develop product requirements, user flows, and event models to support analytics and decision-making.
- Partner with go-to-market, business, and growth teams on positioning, pricing, and product strategy.
- Define success metrics, monitor feature adoption, and iterate based on user behavior and feedback.
- Lead execution of mobile features from concept to release, ensuring quality and delivery momentum.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2+ years focused on mobile products.
- Strong understanding of mobile product ecosystems (iOS and Android) and UX best practices.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
- Familiarity with mobile growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly).
- Strong ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with payments, subscriptions, or commerce-related product features is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve product development workflows and outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
