As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into practical product solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. You will partner with leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives deliver measurable impact. Accountabilities:

Define and communicate the product vision for new systems, tools, and operational improvements that support long-term business growth.

Translate strategic goals into actionable product plans by aligning technical capabilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Lead the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, development coordination, release, implementation, and continuous optimization.

Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficient delivery of product initiatives.

Evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and implement improved solutions to optimize workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and operational leaders to deliver impactful product outcomes.

Independently manage specialized product initiatives or specific stages of product development when required.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Project Management within a fast-paced digital or technology-driven environment.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering product initiatives that generate measurable business results.

Strong knowledge of modern product management practices, frameworks, and agile methodologies.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into product improvements.

Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.

Experience with automation tools and building no-code or low-code prototypes to test product hypotheses.

Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in business analysis is considered an advantage.
