We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to establish best-in-class processes for bringing new products to market and driving the adoption of in-market products.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead and execute the product marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, client success, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact role, reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, with opportunities to collaborate across the organization and help drive the next stage of our growth.
The ideal candidate has proven experience designing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products as part of a larger platform ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive awareness and adoption of in-market products and solutions
- Collaborate with product management to define and refine product positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and roadmap
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs that generate leads and support sales efforts
- Collaborate with the enablement team to equip the sales team with effective tools, training, and collateral to drive product understanding and adoption
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, customer personas, and customer journey to inform marketing strategies and tactics
- Analyze market and product performance data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives
What positions you for success:
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, working with mid-market to large enterprise customers
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
- Comfortable working in a high-growth company, which sometimes means managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- A strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, adaptability, and an ability to create an action plan to drive an initiative
- A scientific POV for operational projects, such as measuring the success of product launches, and creative projects, such as turning data into compelling narratives
- Ability to communicate across diverse audiences and effectively articulate complex concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - 150,000 . During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate.
