The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Channel Partners & Strategic Alliances, will be responsible for illustrating the value of Spring Health to prospective partners as well as enabling existing channel partners and consultants to communicate and share the value of Spring Health with their customers. Partnering across Product, Channel Sales, Strategic Alliances, Customer Success, Provider Operations, Strategy and the broader Marketing Team, this is a highly collaborative cross-functional contributor to the Product Marketing function for channel partners and consultants.

 

This role will drive the execution of initiatives supporting the channel pipeline acceleration and client GTM activity in addition to supporting and enabling consultant partners with the most up to date and relevant content. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Optimize product value proposition, positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with consultant partners and channel audiences; ensure creative and copy is fit for each respective audience and utilizes best practices
  • Develop and execute multi-partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies in concert with new and existing channel partners
  • Deliver a competitive differentiation narrative that highlights Spring Health’s unique ability to deliver on outcomes, quality and ROI for consultant partners and channel clients
  • In partnership with the Strategic Alliances and Channel teams, develop metrics and reporting (KPIs) to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI 
  • Be the voice of the customer for what the in-product experience should be for new products and releases and help inform future partnership roadmap based on sales, customer, consultant and co-partnership learnings
  • Work closely with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customers and consultants
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling sales and marketing collateral as well as messaging and internal/external communications to drive adoption/conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce data-driven market stories, case studies, product guides and execute/participate in webinars that support the business objectives

 

What we expect from you: 

  • 5+ years of experience working with and enabling channel partners and consultants at a B2B or member/patient-facing enterprise SaaS company, preferably from healthcare technology
  • Experience selling and/or marketing a clinical offering with emphasis on outcomes, quality and ROI 
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with partners, sales and BD on driving growth through product marketing & enablement initiatives
  • Exceptional at prioritization with the ability to toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks effortlessly
  • Accustomed to driving results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and the ability to lead cross-functional consensus and alignment 

 

The target salary range for this position is $148,750 - $161,875, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
