About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Partners to help drive awareness and expansion of Motive’s partnerships. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the partner GTM programs and target customer segments and you will work directly with partners to develop and deliver marketing programs that acquire new customers, retain and grow existing segments and grow revenue from Motive partnerships. You will be responsible for creating messaging and designing campaign strategies for new Motive partners by explaining the value it brings to their customers. You will act as the primary marketing contact for the Motive insurance partner team —participating in regular team calls, marketing activities such as webinars and events, and some in-person meetings and planning sessions and providing support for other Motive partner marketing activities. Additionally, you will act as the expert resource on offerings and processes for insurance partner marketing. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in partner marketing and building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with partners that offer compelling joint-partner value propositions. What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify priorities and execute partner marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans with partners that effectively drive awareness, accelerate new pipeline, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to build content and collateral (blog, website, slides, case studies, flyers, etc.) that reflect positioning and showcase the value and vision of our partnerships.
  • Create enablement tools and deliver training for Sales teams and insurance agents.
What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of work experience of relevant work experience in partner or alliance marketing, solution marketing, and demand generation in high-tech companies (start up expertise preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing 
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners 
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills — has previous writing samples to point to
  • Experience working with executive leadership
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, a high-energy go-getter capable of independent execution.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in the insurance industry is preferred.
