ABOUT THE ROLE
A-LIGN is looking for a passionate, motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to help build and accelerate the growth of our compliance services including the SOC, ISO, HITRUST, FedRAMP and PCI DSS product lines. The Senior Product Marketing Manager position is critical to the strategy of the company as we continue to find new opportunities to grow our service line business with new clients, in addition to expanding our service portfolio with our 4,000+ existing customers.
REPORTS TO: Director of Product Marketing
PAY CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with clients, sales and marketing to understand the drivers and motivators in the sales cycle and uncover insights to inform messaging, campaigns, content, and sales enablement tools to drive new opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
- Effectively develop and communicate our service line’s messaging, value proposition, and positioning to articulate how our products and services solve key customer problems and drive value for their businesses.
- Understand the buying process around compliance and audits in the context of customer personas, goals, challenges, and behaviors.
- Work with our content marketing and creative teams to create engaging collateral, blogs, presentations, videos, white papers, webinars, web content, case studies, and sales and partner enablement tools.
- Drive the launch process for new releases within our service line portfolio.
- Work with Demand Generation to identify industry-specific and target audience specific opportunities for marketing campaigns.
- Utilize research methods and Salesforce to uncover areas of focus for increased marketing and sales opportunities with existing clients. Assist with additional customer-focused market research as needed.
- Identify client needs and ensure that A-LIGN can respond to those needs immediately. Regularly review and report on Customer Engagement Survey (CES) findings and create necessary action plans.
- Build customer relationships and co-marketing opportunities in target segments for service lines including case study creation and testimonial gathering.
- Responsible for competitive analysis and industry updates that could impact our service line offerings and messaging.
- Work in a collaborative environment to directly influence marketing efforts that lead to sales pipeline expansion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications required
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing in a fast-paced, B2B environment
SKILLS
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis and making data-driven leadership decisions
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Familiarity with Excel and ability to perform calculations with functions and formulas
- Strong comfort level speaking with and interviewing clients
- Good project management skills
