The Opportunity
The Senior Program Manager role at One Medical will focus on creating cross-functional alignment across the organization for our most critical core objectives. You will report to the Group Program Manager in the technology group and work collaboratively with our cross functional counterparts as a representative of the One Medical product development team. Your first focus will be leading the coordination of key M&A projects with high executive visibility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing and delivering on these projects while focusing on building processes and implementing program frameworks that will help us scale as a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
You are first and foremost, a strong communicator who is able to paint a clear picture of the end goal of a program and can drive diverse stakeholders towards that end goal. You’re a natural leader with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile processes. You’ll use your skills in timeline, dependency, and risk management to ensure the design, planning, and execution stages of the special projects program are successful. You’ve experienced or led change management efforts and have demonstrated ability to implement processes across various teams. This role will require you to navigate multiple priorities simultaneously and will need an individual who can apply strategic thinking and a product-mindset to drive alignment and mitigate risks while maintaining strong relationships.
What you’ll likely work on:
- Lead the planning and execution of high priority technology projects within One Medical
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables that support business goals
- Work with internal and external cross functional teams to develop and maintain processes that streamline ideation, execution, and continual communication between teams
- Represent the product development department and build strategic relationships, gain alignment and drive initiatives forward
- Manage expectations of all interested parties by defining clear program roadmaps, providing frequent program updates, identifying and communicating risks & adjustments to overall program & ensure commitments are delivered
- Ensure tracking of dependencies and key decisions are coordinated and amplified across project teams
- Help shape program strategy and vision, establish shared goals and work with cross-functional partners and leaders across the organization on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
You’ll need:
- 7+ years experience in a Program Management function preferably in Healthcare or Healthcare adjacent field
- 3+ years Technical Project Management experience within an agile setting
- Experience in leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and projects. Preferably with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated knowledge around executing large scale implementation projects
- Deep expertise and knowledge in change management
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of aligning different teams’ priorities to drive commitment to a shared goal
- Identify areas of improvement for overall business performance and communicate effectively to own and drive necessary change management
- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage complex dependency management and identify risks
- Comfortable interacting and presenting with executive stakeholders

This is a full-time role based anywhere in the United States.
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $200,000**. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, RSUs, and/or benefits
