Senior Project Analyst - Multidisciplinary
Job Description
Sr. Project Analyst - Multidisciplinary for Medtronic, Inc., Minneapolis, MN. Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and deliverables. Assess project issues and work with various groups to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Create project plan including integrated schedules and resource planning. Work with Technical Product Owners to gather requirements and ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders. Leverage project mgmt. tools to include PTC integrity, JIRA, and Confluence. Responsible for Software change orders in Agile Product Lifecycle Mgmt (PLM) for process compliance and release. Responsible for Stage gate quality and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) control guidelines throughout the full product development life cycle. Leverage SAP Advance Planning Optimizer and SAP Order Processing and coordinate SharePoint applications and migrations including site building. Utilize various Methodologies including project planning, scheduling and forecasting using Microsoft Project and Agile Scrum. Navigate the complexities of medical device QMS (Quality Mgmt. System) regulations including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and ISO 9001. Own CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for software related issues in the field. Responsible for Technical Writing for software engineering SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). *Position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States. #LI-DNI
Basic Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental and Occupational Health or related engineering or science field, and 2 years' experience as a management analyst or related occupation with Medical Device Project Analysis experience. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with each of the following: PTC integrity, JIRA, and Confluence; Software change orders in Agile (PLM); Stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines; SAP Advance Planning Optimizer and Order Processing; Project planning, scheduling and forecasting using Microsoft Project and Agile Scrum methodologies; ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and ISO 9001; CAPA; Technical Writing for software engineering.
