We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sr. Brand Project Manager to join our team.
The Brand Project Manager is a critical project management role that supports the Campaign Design Studio and Marketing Content teams. This individual will scope daily tasks, project timelines, and workback schedules to ensure projects run smoothly for Brand Marketing. This may include tracking and routing content and creative asset tickets for campaigns as well as project management support for long form content projects such as blog articles, guides, and whitepapers. This individual will also support Brand leadership in the onboarding of new vendors, procurement, and contract facilitation, for freelance and agency support. Reporting and keeping the team apprised of project status will also be a key component of this role.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various projects, including tier 1, content strategy-driven projects
- Distribute assignments to teams, triaging based on their availability and priorities
- Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
- Maintain template files and design archive
- Work with freelancers, contractors, and agencies ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
- Serve as co-administrator for the DivvyHQ editorial planning tool
- Manage and update team Confluence spaces, SharePoint sites, and design drive
- Serve as a bridge between content and creative to keep both teams updated on cross-team projects
- Cooperate with Campaign Management to stay apprised of campaign priorities, upcoming campaign needs, and pro-actively involve content and creative teams when we need to flex and adjust
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years' project management or marketing required
- Strong organizational skills, including meeting deadlines through effective prioritization
- Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, JIRA, Confluence, DivvyHQ (or other CMS system) a plus
- Bachelor of Arts Degree, or comparable experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent grasp of marketing, product management, and sales concepts
- Ability to think and plan strategically
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to manage projects and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
