The Lookout marketing team is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is responsible for schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for the projects. You will be in charge of managing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of programs and projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

This includes the planning, scoping, assembling and managing of both short term requests and long term projects. The role will be responsible for identifying and building the ideal internal workflow process to work cross functionally across the marketing organization. 

The key to success in this role is understanding the needs of the various marketing departments, working effectively across the organization to manage and prioritize new tasks and projects and to communicate back expectations and next steps.

​​Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build the right processes and technology to support marketing's process of getting work done
  • Plan and assemble the right team across multiple stakeholders and functions to execute on high value programs and projects
  • Manage the scoping and timeframes of the programs and projects
  • Coordination of the marketing team around key projects and deliverables while keeping the team on pace to hit key schedule dates
  • Champion operational excellence through the research, design and implementation of processes that improve internal efficiency and quality of work
  • Communicate and collaborate with departments and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop meeting agendas, status reports, results, and supporting documents prior to client meetings
  • Coordinate the approval of projects from key stakeholders
  • Establish and manage global marketing calendar in a comprehensive and easy to consume format
  • Drive evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption of any new related technology for project management

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management or related experience working with B2B marketing organizations
  • Deep understanding of project management practices; project management certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to collaborate, motivate and align cross-functional roles towards a common goal
  • Exceptional communication skills with various levels across the organization including leadership, team, stakeholders, and other internal customers
  • Ability to adapt and problem solve in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, and/or Jira
  • Understanding of marketing measurement and reporting
  • Ability to lead meetings and set expectations for project team     
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus
The US base salary range for this full-time position is available below. We offer base + bonus + equity + benefits.
