Job Summary:
 We are looking for a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our quality assurance team. In this role, you will create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our Enterprise applications across Web, API, and Mobile platforms. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured, ensuring software functionality, performance, and stability.
Collaboration with development teams is key, as you will work to ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and compliance requirements. Your expertise in root cause analysis will drive corrective actions for product and process improvements. Additionally, you will mentor team members on best practices and the latest automation techniques, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
With 8+ years of experience in software quality testing and a strong background in Agile methodologies, you will bring excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of programming languages and CI/CD tools. Responsibilities
 

• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios to verify functionality, performance, and stability of Enterprise applications (Web, API, Mobile).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (REST API/UI) using various tools and programming languages.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues.
• Improve and maintain the automated testing framework (e.g., Rest Assured, Playwright, Cucumber, Appium) for efficiency and reliability.
• Write automation scripts in Selenium, Java, Python, or Unix Shell.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, security, and accessibility standards are met.
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices and automation techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Must haves:

• Test Automation in Java creating from scratch UI/API
• 8 years automation experience
• Test Automation Framework – Reset Assured, Playwright, Cucumber, Appium
