Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Imprivata, Inc. seeks Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in Waltham, MA.
Duties:

• Create and improve test plans and test cases for product functionality.
• Work in partnership with peer engineers to create and execute tests for all aspects of the product including performance, scalability, and load testing.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews.
• Build tools and scripts to facilitate automated testing.
• Employ metrics for monitoring results and progress.
• Perform peer reviews of Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Execution of both manual and automated functional tests.

100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline plus 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Systems Engineer, Quality Engineer or related role.
This role requires 5 years of experience in:

• White Box and Black Box testing
• Testing applications on Windows
• Working in Agile environment

This role additionally requires 4 years of experience in each of the following:

• Completing release cycles and shipping quality products

This role also requires 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Developing test scripts

This role additionally requires 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Testing in virtual environments
• Testing applications on MacOS, iOS, Android and Linux
