This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast-growing, high-performing team. You will identify, attract, and hire top talent across marketing, creative, analytics, and operations functions, ensuring each hire contributes to a performance-driven culture. The position requires close partnership with leadership and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and optimize recruitment processes. You will work in a fully remote environment while leveraging data-driven insights and recruiting best practices to support rapid team growth. This is an ideal role for a strategic, proactive recruiter with experience in high-growth, dynamic organizations.

Accountabilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.

Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience, coordinating interviews and collecting feedback efficiently.

Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously optimize the hiring process.

Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements:

4–7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within marketing, tech, or high-growth organizations.

Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments.

Strong sourcing skills with experience attracting high-quality candidates through diverse channels.

Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and improving process efficiency.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Strong judgment to assess both skills and culture fit.

Fluent in English.
