This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast-growing, high-performing team. You will identify, attract, and hire top talent across marketing, creative, analytics, and operations functions, ensuring each hire contributes to a performance-driven culture. The position requires close partnership with leadership and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and optimize recruitment processes. You will work in a fully remote environment while leveraging data-driven insights and recruiting best practices to support rapid team growth. This is an ideal role for a strategic, proactive recruiter with experience in high-growth, dynamic organizations.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience, coordinating interviews and collecting feedback efficiently.
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously optimize the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • 4–7+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within marketing, tech, or high-growth organizations.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience attracting high-quality candidates through diverse channels.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics and improving process efficiency.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., JazzHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong judgment to assess both skills and culture fit.
  • Fluent in English.
