Responsibilities

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Source and engage top talent through various channels, including resume databases, networking sites, and referrals.
• Assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and compliance standards.
• Provide regular reporting and consultative guidance to stakeholders on recruitment activities and strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

Compensation
