This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Recruiter - GTM/Tech based in United States.

You will join a fast-growing fintech startup environment where talent acquisition plays a critical role in scaling high-performing teams across commercial, operational, and technical functions. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing and proactive talent engagement, helping shape the company’s go-to-market and engineering organizations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand evolving hiring needs and build pipelines for both immediate and future roles. This is a highly hands-on position that requires speed, creativity, and persistence in identifying top-tier talent in competitive markets. You will contribute directly to the company’s growth by ensuring a strong candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The environment is fast-paced and startup-driven, requiring strong ownership and adaptability. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality and speed of organizational scaling.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, sales, operations, and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates through outbound strategies, referrals, and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and niche talent channels.
  • Lead hiring efforts for go-to-market functions including BDRs, AEs, partnerships, and sales leadership roles.
  • Support recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, interview processes, and overall talent strategy.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while strengthening employer branding externally.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across in-house or agency environments.
    • Proven success in hiring for sales and go-to-market roles, with additional exposure to technical recruiting preferred.
    • Strong outbound sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and creative talent acquisition strategies.
    • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments, ideally within fintech or similar industries.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and candidates effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and priorities.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Willingness to support interviews outside standard hours to accommodate global (including Singapore-based) scheduling needs.
