We are growing our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an experienced recruiter with high volume experience to join us in our mission. Our recruiters are key partners to our business leaders who drive value through operational excellence and constant innovation that helps us scale our teams creatively and efficiently in a highly competitive landscape. As an integral member of our team, you would manage partnerships across multiple functions and market-based operations, so strong generalist recruiting experience is a must. You’ll be trusted to own and drive a strategic partnership with business leaders and to attract and hire exceptional talent with a focus on our core values of Getting Stuff Done, Innovation, and Building Relationships.   

How you can make a difference

  • Work tirelessly towards developing a positive candidate experience while ensuring internal policies and protocols demand fair and consistent engagement practices that lead to quality hiring results
  • Partner with Talent Management and key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies fed by extensive market research towards determining the best channels for finding diverse talent
  • Leverage data to self-monitor progress against forecast, goals and metrics and to keep business partners updated and informed on pipeline development, funnel metrics, and barriers we are seeing in the market
  • Design and drive sourcing strategies that focuses on VillageMD’s vision and differentiates us among as an employer of choice with these highly competitive talent pools
  • Develop value propositions for all roles that communicate culture and mission in ways that resonate with each candidate
  • Champion an efficient and outstanding process experience for candidates and our business partners
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization to continuously earn trust and establish strong relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical partner

What you bring to VillageMD:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; experience in a high-volume setting such as call center, staffing/RPO or similar preferred
  • Experience with managing various job titles, job tiers and types of roles simultaneously
  • Excellent ability to relate to candidates focusing on both personal interests and technical experience and capabilities
  • Excitement and passion for healthcare and being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team
  • An aptitude for using data and reports to educate and influence leaders throughout the recruitment process
  • Extreme flexibility and the desire to be a key contributor to an energetic and passionate team of recruiters
  • Remote role, but ability to travel occasionally to support recruiting across our markets
