This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and Deal Execution, ensuring seamless alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for managing the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, enabling accurate, compliant, and scalable deal structures that support business growth. The position plays a key role in improving visibility into pipeline health, deal performance, and revenue trends through data-driven insights. You will partner closely with sales leadership to support forecasting, territory planning, and quota-related processes. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong analytical thinking and operational rigor. Accountabilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including deal structuring, approvals, pricing governance, and accurate order management execution.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across deal execution, policies, and operational workflows.
- Support annual planning activities such as territory design, segmentation, capacity planning, and quota setting.
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, deal trends, and overall sales performance through reporting and dashboards.
- Manage deal desk intake, prioritization, and escalation processes while ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal policies.
- Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and related systems, ensuring accuracy in reporting and operational consistency.
- Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations workflows and drive process improvements in collaboration with Business Systems and cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles within SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Strong hands-on experience managing quote-to-cash processes, including pricing, discounting, approvals, and order management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, along with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, and sales conversion performance.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Systems teams.
- Exposure to forecasting or planning tools (e.g., Clari) and annual planning processes is a plus.
