This role will play a critical role supporting the Revenue organisation by owning and improving our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, training, reporting and analytics to help build our team for scale. The ideal candidate is highly organised, technically proficient, and data-savvy with an intellectual curiosity and a drive for constant improvement. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly adapt to a fast paced culture. You will work on a variety of projects such as pipeline, activities, account growth, conversion reporting, pricing, forecasting, reporting and dashboards executed to support the overall effort to increase sales capacity and sales productivity. You will also have experience working closely with a number of internal stakeholders, including Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing and the Senior Leadership team.

Key responsibilities

  • Be ready to dig into complex problems and become an expert in revenue operations at every level and end to end funnel (marketing, pre-sales, sales, post sales and Customer success)
  • Responsible for process optimisation – ensuring process optimisation and build out of sales & account management playbooks, manuals and maintaining these as living pieces not shelf ware
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Revenue Operations Management: Serve as a key business partner in all aspects of operations, including, but not limited to, territory management, forecast management, pipeline management, sales performance, and special projects
  • This role will also cross-functionally align across the Go-To-Market teams, Revenue/Business Operations/Enablement, and Product
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives – design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues and implementation, and documentation
  • Additional projects include but are not limited to territory management, Quote to Cash, Enablement (methodologies) and customer experience lifecycle
  • Perform complex analysis to assist with strategic decision making, i.e. pricing analysis
  • Sales tech-stack ownership - research, implementation, licence management and training.
  • Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle

You are or have...

  • 3-5 years of sales/revenue operations experience in SaaS/Software Enterprise, using Salesforce
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability of working effectively in a team environment with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and driving consensus to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong time and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, handle frequent interruptions, work independently and successfully execute complex assignments
  • High attention to detail, stakeholder management and ability for story telling
  • Experience with Deal Desk and quote to cash process desirable
  • Experience with sales stack i.e. Looker, Apollo, Zoominfo, Salesforce is desirable
