As a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be a key part of our Sales Enablement team, and thus key to the continued scaling of PagerDuty. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of role-based onboarding strategies, a passion for optimizing the onboarding experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires into these critical departments. Effective delivery of Sales Enablement onboarding programs helps drive and contribute to attainment of revenue, pipeline, productivity, and activity goals across all segments and geographies of the Sales & Services team.This role is mission critical for our GTM team, focusing on responsible for designing, building, and scaling the onboarding program for our Sales and Customer Success Groups (CSG) on-demand and in person, to accelerate sellers to close while lowering ramp time.

How You Contribute to Our Vision
- Design and implement role-specific training programs that equip new hires with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to excel in their positions.Â
- Be recognized as a valued business partner by internal stakeholders, including Sales & Success leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy and Operations.
- Quickly become an expert in our sales methodologies, go to market plays, PagerDuty Products, use cases, sales tools, and internal PagerDuty processes.
- Manage all aspects of assigned/defined pillars of the Sales Enablement program. Create and maintain roadmap, project plans, intake and consumption documentation. Update and deliver appropriate sections of iteration reviews.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Applications
- Define and create curricula, content, and resources for onboarding and ramping Sales and CSG associates.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and produce regular reports that highlight progress, areas for improvement, and the impact on Sales and CSG performance.
- Continuously assess and refine the onboarding process based on feedback, metrics, and evolving business needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all new hires.
- Develop and deliver content for employee onboarding and continuous education programs using the most effective format and delivery vehicle (e.g. eLearning, in person training, virtual live training, etc) got it!
- Organize content in our content and learning management systems , monitor and report on usage and effectiveness of that content
Basic QualificationsÂ
- 5+ years experience with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, or directly related
- Experience with Salesforce, including navigating sales stages, building quotes, sending order forms, building reports
- Experience with forecasting systems and activity tracking tools
- Experience with adult learning, training, design thinking and/or instructional design
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Up to 10-15% travel (in the future), primarily in North America (SF, Atlanta, Toronto) but occasionally international (London, Sydney)
- Experience in Sales Onboarding programs, including building curricula, reporting, and facilitating
- Experience with Content and Learning Management Systems such as Seismic and Lessonly, course creation tools such as Articulate Rise, and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, including Force Management, Winning by Design, Corporate Visions
- Comfortable working remote first, with global time zones
- Proficient in data collection, assessment, and reporting
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Able to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams. Some project management training a plus
- Passionate about continuous improvement, growth mindset, and lifelong learning
- Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and value/solution selling best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders on projects and helping find alignment and consensus
- Strong proficiency in presentation and facilitating in-person and virtual trainings
- Able to work independently & problem solve
- Critical thinking and attention to detail, able to identify gaps in processes and rollout plans and solve for them effectively.
- Willingness to work through ambiguity
The base salary range for this position is 142,000 - 217,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
