This role sits at the intersection of data, sales strategy, and operational execution, supporting Enterprise Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will own project-level workstreams that directly improve how sales teams operate, helping reduce friction across the pipeline and enabling sellers to focus on revenue-generating activities. Acting as a key analytical partner, you will transform complex sales data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations leaders and cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Sales Strategy to improve processes and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven roles and enjoys connecting operational execution to business impact. You will also leverage AI and automation tools to streamline analysis and accelerate outcomes across sales operations initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of project-level workstreams that enhance Enterprise Sales productivity and pipeline efficiency
  • Partner with Sales Operations leaders and Account Executives to improve intake, prioritization, and execution of sales requests
  • Identify operational pain points within the Enterprise sales process and propose actionable, data-backed solutions
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analyses to support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems to drive process improvements
  • Define project-level KPIs, monitor performance post-launch, and proactively flag risks or optimization opportunities
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline analysis and improve speed and accuracy of insights
  • Requirements:

    • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical/operational role
    • Strong experience managing end-to-end projects independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with broader sales technology ecosystems
    • Experience with Lead-to-Cash processes and complex sales workflows
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
    • Excellent communication skills, including presenting insights to senior stakeholders
    • Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive consensus on operational decisions
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field preferred
    • Experience with CPQ tools, AI-driven workflow improvements, or Enterprise sales environments is a plus
