Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Business Operations Team! Your extensive experience with Salesforce will play a pivotal role in achieving our business growth objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving scalability, streamlining processes, optimizing systems, and ensuring compliance. Your experience supporting third party integrations, building solutions using Flow, and making recommendations based off our business data will carry both influence and impact for our fast-growing software business.
What You’ll Do
- Work with aligned operations and business teams to define requirements to achieve our business systems objectives
- Manage day to day communication with key stakeholders to identify business needs and integrate new functionalities
- Partner with our existing Senior Salesforce Administrator to maintain and develop new features
- Gather requirements for new business processes and spearhead best practice solutions through collaboration
- Serve on a team to support end users with any of their daily issues
- Document and communicate on the overall modifications and improvements brought to the CRM
- Design, develop and test Salesforce enhancements that align with business requirements
- Drive process improvement and manage our Salesforce CRM including automation, reporting, training, data integrity, and maintenance
- Help provide Salesforce administration setup and training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practice and data maintenance
- Partner with operations teams to understand and implement new Salesforce capabilities that support business growth and efficiency; keep the team aligned with upcoming changes in Salesforce’s product roadmap
- Improve processes and automation around our QTC Process and CPQ
- Be responsible for the delivery of given Salesforce projects and manage development, administration, and tests throughout the development, testing, and support phases
- Work in partnership with our current Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our growing business and CRM needs
 Who You Are
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth B2B software environment
- Ability to effectively multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrable expertise in advanced Salesforce features: basics admin, including Flows
- Advanced technical proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC) in: Lightning Flow, Salesforce CPQ, and Product and Price Rules
- Prior experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically about how to deliver solutions that can scale over time to support our business
- Salesforce Administrator Certification; Advanced certification and App platform builder highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree

- You have proven experience in developing, building, and delivering quantitative metrics in a business context
- Prior experience with Jira preferred
Your First 90 Days
In Your First 30 Days, you will work with our operational teams to understand internal process and operational frameworks, including the internals systems we use. You’ll learn how our Revenue teams use Salesforce to meet business growth objectives.
In Your First 60 Days, you’ll deep dive into the technical architecture of our Salesforce instance. You’ll review current priorities and initiatives. You will mee with cross-functional teams to improve your understanding of their challenges and then actively devise and implement solutions. Finally, you’ll learn the quote-to-cash process.
In Your First 90 Days, you will take ownership of changes and participate in projects. You will own change management communications with respect to the implementation of new functionality. You’ll apply advanced Salesforce concepts (e.g., Flow Builder) to meet business objectives and drive projects to completion. Your advanced analysis of our data will deliver impact and drive business decisions.

The salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
