Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Description
As a Senior CRM Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Enterprise Business Systems team. You will be a strategic business partner, partnering with technical team on design and implementation and end-to-end execution of initiatives and be integral in system architecture and best practices.

What you'll do:
- You will be part of a dynamic team whose responsibility is managing the lifecycle of projects in our business systems environments
- You will be supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CPQ initiatives
- Grow to be a strategic business partner for Sales initiatives and will partner with business and the systems technical teams on strategic initiatives, prioritization, implementation and rollout
- Day to day ticket queue management as well as partnering on big picture will be core to the role
- Facilitating requirement gathering sessions, prioritizing across requirements, working the developers on design, implementation and facilitating end-to-end execution is a key aspect of the role
- Document As-Is business processes, business requirements and solution designs for Salesforce platform
- Reviewing existing functionality and architecture, performing gap analysis and making recommendations for simplification and optimization
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
- Take on the responsibility as project managers and facilitate execution of tickets or projects
- Provide Salesforce system domain expertise to optimize architecture, implement system best practices, mentor peers, help rollout new features
What We're Looking for in a Candidate:
- 10+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated experience managing business and user requirements to enable implementation of changes effectively
- Demonstrated configuration and usage experience with CRM platform technologies
- Experience as a team member on an implementation or a newly implemented system
- Experience facilitating analysis and design working sessions with business representatives
- Understanding of the CRM functionality and features such as role hierarchy, Profile/Permission Sets, Custom Objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, deployment tools and strategies
- Ability to build flows, process automations and related configuration
- Considerable experience eliciting software requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and transforming them into functional specifications
- Proven track record of delivering Business Systems, CRM projects
- BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field
