About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll wear many hats. You'll be a strategic designer, a technical architect, a client whisperer, and a team leader. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, translate them into robust Salesforce solutions, and then oversee the implementation and optimization of those solutions.
Here are some of the things you'll be doing:

• Become an expert on our clients' businesses. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand client requirements, pain points, and goals.
• Design with the future in mind. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Lead by example. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and technical assessments to maintain the quality and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve. Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and enhance client solutions.
• Bridge the gap. Participate in pre-sales activities like solution design, proposal development, and client presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Think outside the box. Propose innovative Salesforce solutions to address client needs and challenges.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• You hold a Certified Salesforce Solution Architect or equivalent certification.
• You have a proven track record of leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams.
• You're a problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills, able to break down complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• You have top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, adept at explaining technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, third-party APIs) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices, data governance, and compliance requirements is a plus.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Additional experience with architecture in the following areas is a plus: NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, Marketo, Workato, Avalara
