As the Sr Salesforce Systems Manager, you will sit on the Systems team under the Revenue Operations umbrella and own our sales technology stack. To help us maximize our investment in Salesforce, you will make sure that these systems are configured to enable every member of our Revenue team to amplify their impact and deliver results with seamless workflows and automation. You are someone who enjoys diving deep into Salesforce Administration. From building processes, triggers, and workflows to setting up nuanced systems integrations, you want to create the best user experience imaginable. At the same time, you enjoy talking to users to understand evolving real-life scenarios and using that input to improve these systems constantly.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Sr Director, Revenue Operations to understand RevOps business processes and translate into concrete recommendations for systems design and workflow.
  • Providing expertise for ongoing optimization of our Salesforce instance, including the configuration, customization and administration of: objects, users, fields, layouts, record types, workflow rules, process flows, custom list views, validation rules, etc.
  • Managing and implementing our evolving tech stack focused on Sales, including: Salesloft, Chorus, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Clari, etc.
  • Designing integrations across our technology stack to service reporting and analytical requirements
  • Ensuring the foundations of scalable reporting through the development of systems automation as well as process improvements to ensure hygienic data
  • Collaborating with various RevOps and cross-functional team members in translating business requirements to functional technical specifications across systems to meet the needs of our end users
  • Directly working with a Project Manager to ensure cross-functional projects with Revenue Operations teams are executed as planned
  • Serving as a strategic voice to the broader Revenue organization in maximizing the effectiveness and usage of our tech stack
  • Building SOPs and training programs in collaboration with our enablement team to ensure proper systems utilization
  • Oversee a team of two team members 

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting Systems design and business processes for an Enterprise sales organization
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration/development
  • Lead or people manager experience 
  • Experience in implementing and developing in Apex and Visualforce (plus creating custom objects, process builders, workflows)
  • Hands-on experience integrating and implementing various sales/service tools and systems.
  • Salesforce Advanced Certification
