Senior SAP CAP Developer with Node.js or Java Experience

Join our team as a remote Senior SAP CAP Developer with strong experience in Node.js or Java. You will be responsible for the development and support of applications running on SAP Business Technology Platform.
Your role will involve feature development, code review, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. As a Senior Developer, you will apply the best software development practices to ensure clean code and clean design, while collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing applications on SAP Business Technology Platform
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best software development practices
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Write technical and user documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Java and/or NodeJS
• Work experience or theoretical knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and HANA database
• Work experience or theoretical knowledge of SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• B2+ English level proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with SAPUI5
