Senior SAP Data Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SAP Data Analytics Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of SAP HANA databases, modeling, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in database performance tuning and data analytics within SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and data architecture using SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP BW on HANA
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Perform performance tuning focusing on memory consumption, logging, and partitioning
• Oversee reporting processes for analytical applications
• Collaborate closely with the team to contribute to strategic planning and system enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the databases and reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in data modeling and SQL development
• Background in database performance tuning including memory, logging, and partition maintenance
• Knowledge of SAP HANA development and architecture
• Competency in SAP HANA DB, SQL, and database maintenance
• Experience in analytics and reporting tools, preferably in a SAP environment
• Excellent command of the English language

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git
• Skills in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Understanding of SAP BW modeling and administration
• Expertise in SAP BW Reporting
