  • Monitor project progress, update schedules regularly, and conduct variance analysis against baseline timelines
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Enforce scheduling standards, governance frameworks, and compliance with contractual and organizational requirements
  • Identify schedule risks and conduct scenario modeling to support mitigation strategies and forecasting accuracy
  • Support integration with project controls and Earned Value Management processes to align schedule and cost performance
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior schedulers and guiding teams on best practices
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction, EPC, or mission-critical infrastructure environments
    • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and solid understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
    • Experience with schedule risk analysis, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics (e.g., SPI, SV)
    • Knowledge of Earned Value Management and project controls integration
    • Preferred certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE PSP (or progress toward certification)
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
      • Retirement savings options with employer contributions
      • Generous paid time off and company holidays
      • Flexible work arrangements and potential remote work options
      • Professional development and certification support
      • Access to advanced tools and technologies in a high-impact environment
