Senior Self-Serve B2B Marketing Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Global Head of Self-Serve and E-commerce, this role will lead our self-serve B2B (i.e. direct B2B purchases made online without Sales team engagement/support) & B2C2B (i.e. identifying and converting individual Consumer customers into enterprise B2B sales leads/opportunities) marketing initiatives. You'll own an 8-figure B2B self-service revenue target, multi-million dollar media budget and new TBD B2C2B Pipeline and Bookings targets.
You'll provide leadership for a wide variety of cross-functional teams across the company that work to build our campaigns -- including: Product-Led Growth (reporting into Product/Engineering), FinTech (reporting into IT), Finance, as well as Cart, Paid Media, Brand, Demand Gen, Web, etc. (reporting into Marketing).
What you'll own:
- Developing the B2B self-serve strategy and guiding the campaign execution to deliver against traffic, lead, purchase and profitability goals
- Writing tactical plans, business pitches, creative briefs, etc. to establish cross-functional alignment, prioritization and executional requirements
- Partnering with our Paid Media team to run our multi-million dollar self-serve B2B budget
- Setting performance goals to deliver near-term and long-term results
- Aligning with Finance, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Execs, etc. to report on weekly financial performance (+ quickly adjust the tactical plans as needed - to ensure consistent delivery against targets)
- Building personalized B2B self-serve experience(s); focused on improving the prospect/lead/customer journeys
- Collaborating with Regional Marketing leaders to build country-specific experiences -- crafted to meet the unique needs of each audience
Experience you'll need:
- 8+ years working in marketing
- 3+ years of B2B (and/or B2C2B) marketing
- Experience in PLG / marketing / acquisition space for a fast paced SaaS company with a self-serve/commerce segment
- Creative problem solver - with the ability to think in unexpected ways to deliver results, regardless of any barriers/hurdles
- A consistent record of driving online revenue growth and target attainment
- Data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI, and your E2E impact on the bottom line of the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, often amidst ambiguity
- Strong project management skills; ability to pull together disparate requirements, get agreement on priorities, communicate clearly and drive timelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills - and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments
- Marketing Agency and/or consulting experience preferred
- International marketing experience preferred
