This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to accelerate growth within the SMB segment of the food and beverage industry. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, helping clients adopt innovative compliance software that enhances food safety and regulatory processes. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, you will engage directly with key decision-makers and deliver tailored, consultative solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, delivering tailored, consultative presentations aligned with client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive new business and repeat opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts and strategic prospecting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Requirements:

    • 2–5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SMB SaaS sales with a proven track record of quota achievement
    • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
    • Experience in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover client needs and deliver customized solutions
    • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or similar frameworks
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technologies such as HubSpot, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic growth environment
    • Background in compliance, regulatory solutions, or the food and beverage industry is a plus
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are an advantage
