Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on a project in the med-tech sector.

You will be part of a distributed team developing new technologies to solve real business problems. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and maintainable systems, while actively contributing to technical artifacts, PR reviews, and cross-functional collaboration 

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in backend development, specializing in C# and AWS technologies. This role demands a strong understanding of security principles, with a focus on authentication and authorization. 

What you will do:

-Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using C#.

-Build and deploy scalable, resilient applications on AWS.

-Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring adherence to security best practices, standards, and regulations.

-Create scalable and reliable systems with high availability and performance.

-Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including unit and integration tests.

-Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

-Provide technical guidance and feedback on designs, PR reviews, and other technical artifacts.

-Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and security best practices.

What you will bring:

-5+ years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency on C# development within the .NET framework.

-Hands-on experience with AWS services.

-Passion for technology and the ability to think critically about performance, scalability, and reliability of software.

-Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-A product-driven mindset and passion for working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment.

Nice to have:

-Experience with frontend technologies, ideally React.

-Experience writing automated tests.

-Experience with GenAI tools to enhance developer productivity.
