Job Description

Technical Requirements

Core JAVA, Multi-threading, Webservices, XML, AWT Swing, SQL

• 6+ years experience designing and developing applications in Core Java

• 2+ years experience with web services (SOAP / REST based) (client and server)

• Experience with Apache web server internals/configuration

• Strong leadership experience: leading meetings, presenting, technical team lead and go to person, and cross-functional leader

• Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences • Expertise in the software design/architecture process

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

• Expertise with unit/integration testing, and related modern best practices/technologies

• Significant experience with service-orientated architectures, relational databases, middleware and caching

• Experience with SQL query, and troubleshooting database related issues

• Ability to mentor more junior members of the team as well as assist in building new teams with strong talent Additional skills : Experience with web front-end development, including MVC frameworks, CSS, Ajax, HTML, JavaScript
