The Partner Platform team focuses on building scalable accessibility services here at AudioEye – designing, developing, and scaling the world's best accessibility monitoring and reporting technology. The Partner Platform team's mission is to create a scalable platform to provide industry leading accesibility insight into our customers' digital properties - offering them clarity and guidance for how our technology increases their accessibility posture, and where specific issues arise within their sites.

• Be a hands-on contributor. We expect all engineers at every level to contribute to product direction, write code, and realize impact for the customer
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, strategists, and leaders across the company to design and deliver systems that enable customers to respond quickly to risks
• Partner closely with engineers to support their specific needs while maintaining a very high level of system reliability, security, and consistency of data and experiences
• Drive and lead the technical designs for large features to help the team deliver while balancing functionality, time-to-market, and maintainability

• You have demonstrated success working in cross-functional environments, advocate for tight collaboration between engineering, user experience, and product teams, and are comfortable making engineering and system-level decisions and tradeoffs
• Demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end delivery of features within medium to large products
• Demonstrated track record owning a functional area within a product or acting as technical lead within a team of 4-5 people.
• You’ve contributed to and operated systems that are highly compliant, secure, and scalable that form the backbone for the highest impacting user experiences
• Built and operated scalable systems
• Know how to identify and prioritize the customer
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and peers
• You thrive while working closely with engineers at all levels
• You contribute to developing a healthy engineering and product work environment that’s both supportive and challenging
• 4+ years of engineering experience with design, implementation, and operations of critical systems

More than specific technologies/skills, we value flexible learners who find the right tool for the job. But these are also immediately useful to this position:

• Javascript/Typescript, HTML, DOM, CSS
• NodeJS
• Experience working with open-source technologies
• React or equivalent MVVM framework
• Relational database technologies, NoSQL technologies, document/object storage
• git, GitHub, BitBucket, and general CI/CD pipeline experience
• API design and best practices for both internal and external delivery

Salary: $145,000 - $170,000
