Are you interested in helping our customers tackle the problem of organizing content for their learners?
We are currently hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our Curation & Guidance team that does exactly that. This team builds tools and features on the platform that allow leaders to create guided learning experiences for their employees.
We're looking for someone that is able to tackle meaningful problems independently and prioritize the work that needs to get done, as well as collaborate with a cross-functional team to solve larger issues.

You'd be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Experience building software with NodeJS, TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
• Experience writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and participating in design discussions about architecture, data shape, and business logic.
• Experience designing, building, or supporting highly-performant distributed systems.
• A desire to be a lifelong learner growing your current skills while acquiring new ones.

Experience you'll need:

• Data messaging services (e.g. Kafka, SQS/SNS)
• Experience with large data sets (e.g. Materialize, Cassandra)
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Good communication skills, ability to partner with product and design, and collaborate on multi-functional teams
• You have shown you are a strong collaborator, a trusted teammate, and are skilled at resolving and working through different ideas.
