About the Role:

The Jumpcloud Directory services organization is focused on ensuring that users groups and permissions are synchronized seamlessly with non-JumpCloud services. Our charter is to allow organizations to integrate with any SaaS products where identities can be sourced and where identities and access need to be managed.  Allowing IT admins to manage user identities in a single source and reflect them to any resource an employee needs access. We’re looking for passionate software engineers to be the next members of our awesome engineering team. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this team as it delivers customer value and solves some very difficult problems around identity authentication security and cloud scaling.

We're solving complex problems in the cloud using the latest and greatest technologies like MongoDB GoLang Node Vagrant Docker Saltstack ELK Stack Redis etc. But wait you haven’t used those technologies? No worries: we’re open-minded and we believe that good engineering is not technology specific.

Where you’ll be working/Location:

JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.

You must be located in and authorized to work in the country noted in the job description to be considered for this role.

Please note: There is an expectation that our engineers participate in on-call shifts. You will be expected commit to being ready and able to respond during your assigned shift so that alerts don't go unaddressed.

Language:

JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English. To be considered for a role at JumpCloud you will be required to speak and write in English fluently.  Any additional language requirements will be included in the details of the job description.
