Job Description
The Marketing Systems team builds systems and data pipelines that enable the Marketing org to grow our audiences through multi-channel ad campaigns, user journeys and personalized newsletters. We deal with data at massive scale, leverage cutting edge technology to engineer applications for effective campaign targeting, optimized ad spend and measuring campaign performance.
Responsibilities

- Work on development initiatives as part of a scrum team on sprint cycles.
- Closely interact with our stakeholders (Product Owners/Managers, Business Analysts, others) for clarity on sprint items and for verification of developed solutions.
- Participate in team activities such as sprint grooming sessions, project or product discussions, brown bags as well as the occasional team outing.
- Follow appropriate coding standards and best practices as applicable.
- Document your work well.
- Participate in code reviews for your peers.
- Collaborate with your peers to find solutions to complex problems. Share knowledge with your peers and also learn from them as required.
- Work on operational and production support for the applications we build and maintain.
- Work towards quarterly team and organizational goals that should be result oriented and measurable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related area
- At least 5 years experience as a key member of a UI design team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of several successfully launched software applications.
- Experience in Web design, UI design
- Familiarity with Front-end frameworks/libraries (jQuery, Bootstrap, Ember, Grunt, versioning via Github) and responsive web design
- Coding experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Thorough understanding of object oriented programming.
- Thorough understanding (through relevant coursework or experience) of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data and data processing.
- Thorough understanding and experience with unix or unix-based OS.
- Thorough understanding and experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MySQL.
- Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with one or more additional Web technologies
- Experience in Javascript using React and GraphQL

The compensation for this position ranges from $117,000.00 - $243,125.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
