The Research & Insight business unit delivers world-class, ground-breaking health research in partnership with our customers. This is made possible with our health research platform and delivery organization built to run decentralized research at scale, enabling us to build trust and lasting engagement with both participants and customers alike. We are seeking a full-stack Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to join its Quality Engineering team. We are looking for cross-functional individuals who have a passion for delivering quality products and a strong knowledge of software development, testing, automation, and release processes. You will work closely with the Engineering and Product team to develop and execute sophisticated tests that verify conformance of features implemented by Engineering against specifications laid out by Product Management.

• Work as an integral part of engineering team that makes end to end platform solutions for healthcare discovery
• Design, develop, and maintain complex test automation for end-to-end platform and web applications
• Ensure execution of the test suites with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems and quality of products 
• Own the release pipeline, track performance metrics, optimize product verification, and release processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related technical field), or equivalent experience
• Expertise in not only using test tools and building automated tests, but designing & building custom test automation solutions
• Experienced in programming in at least one language (JavaScript, Ruby, etc.)
• Skilled in QA frameworks and tools like TestCafe, Selenium, BrowserStack, etc
• Comfortable with managing CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with agile software development processes
• Thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments with open-ended problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JavaScript, TestCafe, Github Container Registry and Actions
• Experience with consumer-based applications
• Knowledge of Cloud ETL tools (Kinesis, Airflow, Snowflake)
• Experience with HIPAA compliance or HITRUST certification is a plus
