We are hiring a Senior Software CXone Engineer to join our team and support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE Cxone)In this role you will be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center. You will be responsible for design and development of products features unit testing code reviews and resolve bugs that are discovered in the QA process. You will work in both test and development production environments. You will work with other Software Engineers Project Managers and other team members. You will be responsible for mentoring others and helping with the onboarding process.



Qualifications For Success:


  • 5-8 or more years of IVR and ACD development experience
  • 4 or more years of CXone Studio scripting
  • CRM integration experience
  • IVR ACD Self-Service API DFO chat/email/omnichannel development experience required
  • Experience mentoring other and helping with onboarding
  • Design and development of products features unit testing code reviews and resolving bugs discovered in QA process. 
  • Experience working both test and development/production environments
  • Additional cloud telephony experience. For example Five9 Talkdesk Amazon Connect Twilio Genesys Cloud or 8X8 telephony platform experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Certifications such as Core and Core+ Certified | NICE Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) and the ACD Administrator certification preferred
  • Bachelors degree in computer science IT or engineering preferred

Applicants can expect to make between $135000 to $150000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience skills certifications education among other factors as required in the job description
