Your Mission

• Enable customers on Tray.ai automate mundane repetitive work in order free up time and focus for core work that matters most
• Build automations that are deployed at scale

What you will do

• Directly manage a book of 15+ technical accounts primary technical owner
• Develop or co-develop solutions on behalf of customers / prospects inside of Tray.ai platform
• Understand challenges customers are facing and present solutions to address the challenges
• Support customers to develop automated and sustainable solutions that are not only address the current challenges in business processes, but also align with the organizations’ enterprise architecture in principle
• Onboarding and enabling customers’ team to use the Tray.ai platform

About You

• 6+ years working in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical customer facing roles
• Experience managing enterprise customers spanning multiple teams, projects, and priorities
• Proficient in one of the following languages: Javascript, Typescript, or Python
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering Experience, or Bootcamp
