Senior Solutions Architect

MetroStar is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect that is passionate about working on complex problems, providing highly innovative solutions for our clients, and integrating technical thought leadership every step of the way.

Our team is responsible for supporting Web shared services for the U.S. Treasury Department. In this role, you will work with clients to help influence and develop security informed roadmaps while identifying and implementing cloud and network countermeasures for the enterprise.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Experience with identifying, designing, and implementing countermeasures and mitigating controls for enterprise cloud network environments
• Experience with managing technical implementation, integration, and configuration projects
• Experience with development of project plans, system architectures, and updating compliance documentation
• Experience with partnering with Business Leaders and Product Owners to influence and develop secure product visions and security informed roadmaps

You'll love our opportunity if you have: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• At least 5 years of experience with designing, implementing, and supporting network security architectures
• Knowledge of TIC 3.0 security requirements, Reference Architecture, use cases, applications, and concepts
• Knowledge of IdAM and Zero Trust security architecture concepts and applications
• The ability to identify, integrate, and configure tools used in enterprise security architectures, including network firewalls, WAF, VPN solutions, traffic monitoring and capture
• The ability to communicate complex and technical concepts clearly
• The ability to justify security architecture decisions and direction compellingly to align others to a common vision

We'll REALLY love it if you have: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

• Knowledge of NIST 800 Series Instruction and CISA TIC 3.0 use cases, directives, and Information Assurance regulations
• The ability to describe the differences between, and develop, various TIC 3.0 documentation

What your day will look like:

• You’ll support large-scale projects for our government clients
• You’ll directly interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to develop and maintain solutions
