This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI infrastructure and large-scale data center engineering, supporting the deployment of next-generation AI factories built on high-performance computing architectures. You will act as a forward-deployed technical expert, working directly with enterprise customers and partners to design, validate, and optimize hyperscale data center builds. The position spans architecture planning, construction oversight, and pre-deployment readiness of complex physical infrastructure systems including power, cooling, networking, and telemetry. Operating as a trusted advisor in the field, you will bridge engineering design with real-world implementation to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI environments. You will also collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to refine reference designs based on deployment feedback. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role combining deep technical expertise with strategic influence in AI infrastructure delivery.

In this role, you will lead the technical enablement and deployment of AI factory infrastructure by acting as a key liaison between customers, partners, and internal engineering teams. You will translate reference architectures into real-world implementations and ensure successful execution across complex data center environments.

• Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to design and deploy hyperscale AI data center infrastructure based on reference architectures covering power, cooling, networking, and control systems
• Review and validate customer and partner build plans to ensure compliance with architectural standards, safety requirements, and scalability goals
• Provide technical oversight across construction, integration, and pre-deployment phases, including audits, readiness assessments, and commissioning activities
• Develop deployment frameworks, playbooks, and technical documentation to standardize and accelerate AI factory implementations
• Deliver hands-on technical mentorship, workshops, and enablement sessions for partners and customer engineering teams
• Act as the field feedback loop, communicating deployment challenges and optimization opportunities to internal engineering and product teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency of large-scale AI infrastructure deployments

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in hyperscale or high-density data center environments, with strong expertise in infrastructure systems and a proven ability to operate in customer-facing, fast-paced technical roles.

• 8+ years of experience in data center infrastructure delivery, engineering, or operations, ideally in hyperscale or AI/HPC environments
• Strong technical knowledge of data center systems including power distribution, liquid cooling, rack and server infrastructure, cabling, and monitoring systems
• Experience working with complex architectural frameworks and translating reference designs into deployed production environments
• Proven ability to engage with both technical teams and executive stakeholders in customer-facing and internal settings
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deployment activities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and external partner teams
• Experience in hyperscale rollout processes, operational readiness, and infrastructure commissioning is highly valued
• Ability to travel approximately 25% as required for on-site engagement and deployments
