We have built a multi-entity, multi-year tax planning software utilized by business owners who are looking to properly plan for their taxes.

Corvee software helps solve two problems:

1. Individuals and businesses are overpaying in taxes by filing returns that don’t reflect their facts and circumstances.
2. Individuals and businesses are overpaying in taxes because they aren’t aware of tax strategies they could implement.

What You’ll Do

This position will be a full time remote role within our Finance & Accounting department at Corvee.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Perform and review daily bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Run our weekly payroll and provide additional help with the sales commission calculation process
• Assist with our finance systems migration to Netsuite, and integration between Salesforce and Netsuite
• Operational support for processing of new sales
• Assist in supporting our year end tax process with our senior finance director and our third party tax attorneys
• Assist with the review of financial and company metric reports

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

If you’re passionate about making a direct impact on an organization through your detail-oriented mindset and enjoy learning and creating new processes and procedures, this is your role!  Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 2+ year in Public Accounting is required
• 2+ year of bookkeeping experience is required
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Tax is preferred
• Advanced Google Suite skills (google sheets, google slides, google docs, gmail, google calendar, etc)
• Technical competence in bookkeeping systems and being able to build and read financial metric reports
• Learning Abilities/Tech Savvy
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Integrity while being exposed to confidential information including payroll and  company financials
