Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, TĂĽrkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, and Melbourne. This hybrid position requires two days per week in our San Francisco office.Â

About this role:Â
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Global Campaign Manager to drive B2B integrated campaigns for Udemy Business. This person will be a key player on our marketing team and have significant experience concepting and executing campaign strategy. We've experienced tremendous growth over the last few years, and this role is critical to ensuring we continue to rapidly scale the business.Â
By applying deep knowledge of the business and marketing, this campaign manager will inspire a cross-functional team of contributors and stakeholders to create content and experiences that elevate the Udemy Business brand in relevant ways through paid, earned, and owned media. Success in this role entails hitting global pipeline targets with targeted campaigns that deliver the right message to the right persona at the right time and on the right channel.
What you'll be doing:Â
- Develop the annual global integrated campaign strategy and executional plan. You will lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and optimization of our B2B campaigns. You should thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment.
- Drive messaging and related campaign assets that the team will need to deliver on our objective to acquire new logos and drive expansion within existing customers.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, within budget and deadline, and aligned with business objectives.
- You will be empowered to drive a significant operation—working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the organization including performance marketing, design, content marketing, product marketing, sales & CS, region marketing teams, and operations.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on measurement and provide analysis and reporting of each campaign, including interpretation, commentary, and recommendations.
What you’ll have:Â
- 5+ years of experience leading integrated demand generation campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment and 4+ years of demand generation, brand or campaign management paid advertising oversight, and/or content/thought leadership strategy experience.
- Proven leadership skills and cross-functional influencer expertise.
- A track record of launching winning marketing campaigns globally in fast-growing organizations.
- Experience in marketing automation and measurement, specifically in measuring the impact of marketing channels and attribution reporting.Â
- Strong experience with Salesforce, B2B marketing, and sales funnels, email, and advertising best practices. Familiar with Marketo, content management systems, and Google analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions.
- A love of analytics and a proven track record of using data to measure the success of your efforts.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
