Reporting to the Head of Brand & Community, the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for reimagining and executing 2.0 of our agency partner program. This highly entrepreneurial role will focus on driving qualified leads, educating agencies on the “Postscript way of doing SMS,” and closing new business through new and existing partners. As the senior strategic partnerships manager, you will design and execute strategies that establish Postscript as the clear leader in the emerging space of SMS marketing for ecommerce and manage a team of high-performing partner managers.
Primary Duties
- Create and support an ongoing and evergreen agency training program
- Define and execute the strategy to recruit the top partners in ecommerce
- Sell into and recruit top agencies.
- Build and lead a world-class partner team of highly talented partner managers
- Own the number - you will be responsible for hitting quarterly revenue goals set in tandem with leadership.
What we’ll love about you
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS channel sales, business development, or agency success management experience. Experience in ecommerce marketing technology is strongly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel, up to 20%
- You have strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- You could sell hay to a farmer

- You have outstanding communication skills via email, at events, and on zoom calls.
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- Have a demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding your performance targets
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
