The Opportunity

This position works out of our Plymouth location, supporting our Electrophysiology Med Device team. We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Senior Supply Chain Analyst. This role will develop tools to measure business performance. They will also identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions based on analysis of business trends and performance.

What You'll Work On

• Develops and publishes KPI's as required for all supply chain related metrics.
• Collaborates with supply chain functions to ensure customer requirements are understood and to identify and remove obstacles that may prevent on time delivery.
• Continues to improve reporting data and access to data across the organization including report automation, schedule adherence and tracking.
• Creates business case justifications for supply chain projects as it pertains to supply chain functions.
• Provides support role for all projects involving supply chain which includes: IT initiatives, process improvement, and Lean projects.
• Continually identifies opportunities for improvement within the supply chain function.
• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, purchasing/commodity management.
• Strong analytical skills, use of SAP, MS Office suite of program,
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, including internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years working in a highly regulated environment preferred.
