Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:
The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator will be part of the team that provides order fulfilment, shipping, receiving and administrative support to the Supply Chain team in a fast-paced environment. They will be supporting the Management team in Framingham, working closely with them on process management and streamlining Supply Chain procedures. They will also work closely with the Supply Chain Specialist, based in our Dublin office, on updating and maintaining our process documentation.
Key Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert on the majority of our Supply Chain tasks.
• Work as the main liaison between Product, Finance and Internal Operations as well as coordinating with our external Supply Chain Partners.
• Lead and coordinate physical milestone program
• Builds strong relationships with departments and stakeholders across Workhuman.
• Supports projects and other initiatives to enable continuous process improvement of our global supply chain.
• Supports Supply Chain specialist with process reviews.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Support our core team with daily Inventory Management escalations
• Investigates larger discrepancies and escalate where relevant.
• Replenishment of non-inventory products.
• Support our core team with any issues or escalations pertaining to online code receipts, highlight issues weekly to management team.
• Coordinate buyers' remorse process with internal and supply chain partners.
• Conduct quarterly write-off review meetings and reports on findings.

ORDER MANAGEMENT

• Subject matter expert in our order management and shipping processes

• Problem solving, overseeing, and opening of helpdesk requests regarding issues that arise within our order management systems.
• Prepare manual upload files for supply chain partners when needed.
• Tracking monthly average cost per shipments.
• Continuously provide fulfilment process improvements to better streamline overall function.
• Provide training to colleagues

Knowledge/Experience

• 3+ years' experience working in a similar role or within Global Supply Chain
• ERP (Epicor or similar) functional knowledge.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent knowledge of Supply chain processes.
• Previous experience with Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in data analysis report generation communicating actionable Insights to management.
• Experience in Project Management desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail required
