Senior Support Integration Architect

Job Description
As a Senior Support Integration Architect, you will be accountable for the transition of clients to and from Application Management Services. You will achieve business objectives by cultivating external client relationships, collaborating with client, third-party, and internal teams to execute all necessary steps to successfully transition to AMS services Additionally, you will ensure clients are educated on best practices, their systems are configured as required for service transition, and client preparedness is complete. You will work using a variety of technology applications and tools.

Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 2 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, Project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing HCIT solution work experience.
  • At least 6 years of Additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering

Expectations

• Willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as needed
• Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
