Senior Systems Integration Engineer

ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Digital Experience team focused on developing and supporting our current and future business systems integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the architecture, development, enhancement, and maintenance of business systems within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions between Cloud and On-Premises applications using Boomi. This includes building new functionality, enhancing existing services, as well as triage and defect resolution of production issues.
• Engineer complex Integrations with SaaS & On-Premise applications via Boomi.
• Development in Java Script, Groovy, Python.
• Perform maintenance activities for our integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues on-demand.
• Provide production support, monitoring and maintenance.
• Be an active member of a cross-functional Agile development team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements, design and development reviews.
• Analyze source system data to assess data quality. Work with technical and business representatives to determine strategies for handling data anomalies that are identified.
• Manage, administer and develop existing web-based internal and externally services.
• Design and implement Extract, Load and Transform (ETL) processes, programs and scripts.
• Document technical requirements by working with the Business Analysts and/or business users.
• Assist in developing prototypes or proof of concept builds.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required.
• At least 7 years experience working in system integrations with at least 5 years working specifically with Boomi.
• Deep understanding of data models and integration technologies like SOAP, REST, (S)FTP, HTTP(S), JSON, and XML.
• Exceptional integration architecture, design, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS preferred.
• Extensive experience in EDI Integration, API management, Alert framework, Exception handling, Connectors, and Listeners.
• Boomi Architect Certification.
• Working on enterprise-scale projects with a passion for quality work and attention to detail.
• The ability to express oneself effectively within a group and one-to-one conversations.
• The ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents.
• Strong ability to organize information, manage tasks and use available tools to effectively contribute to a team and the organization.
