Job Description
Our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be at the forefront of hiring Product Engineering and other technical roles that directly support Unanet’s next phase of growth. You won’t join a company in maintenance mode - you will play a pivotal role hiring talent that ties to product roadmap commitments that drive revenue.
Reporting to our Vice President of Talent you will operate as a high-output full-lifecycle recruiter responsible for closing experienced technical talent under ambitious but attainable timelines. You will ramp quickly build pipelines through proactive sourcing and deliver hires that meet a high bar for quality and long-term impact.

What You’ll Do
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles with a focus on Software Development Cloud Ops/Architecture Product Management and UX
- Consistently deliver against our hiring forecast regularly closing engineering roles within 45-60 days while maintaining a high bar for talent
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies where sourced hires outweigh inbound ones
- Inspire hiring teams to make talent acquisition a priority in their daily work
- Partner with hiring team to run effective intakes defining clear success profiles and execute targeted hiring strategies
- Leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle to increase velocity and improve hiring outcomes – this includes sourcing screening interview design and candidate evaluation
- Identify and mitigate candidate fraud at multiple gates through process design and tooling
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer maintaining a >90% offer acceptance rate
- Facilitate interview debriefs and guide hiring teams towards high-quality hiring decisions
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on all things recruiting; educate and advise hiring teams quickly becoming their go-to
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days you will learn our business and how our talent acquisition team operates. You will immerse yourself in our recruiting tech stack. You will learn question validate and execute our talent acquisition strategies – providing your insights along the way. Your first hire will be rewarding and we’ll support you in making within your first month on the team.
In your first 60 days our hiring teams will regularly come to you for guidance. You’ll coach them and escalate any unknowns to our Vice President of Talent. By now you will have become well-versed in our job architecture. With a keen eye for talent and candidate experience you will help us up-level our processes and workforce.
In your first 90 days you’re running now. You’re conducting intake meetings and dialing-in our recruitment strategy strengthening our teams as your requisitions are filled. You’re helping us maintain our > 92% offer-acceptance rate. Your hires in your first quarter are loving their new job and our team is loving you because you connected them.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS with a strong track record of closing senior-level technical talent
- Proven ability to fill complex roles (e.g. Software Engineers Cloud/DevOps Product UX) within forecasted timelines
- Highly effective at sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines from scratch
- Demonstrated experience using AI to materially improve recruiting outcomes
- Comfortable operating under pressure with multiple competing priorities with ability to deliver without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
- Sound judgment decision-making and creativity to address fast-evolving needs
- Excellent communicator who can influence hiring teams challenge assumptions and drive alignment

We move fast but we hire right. We don’t cut corners and we take candidate fraud seriously. You’ll be expected to prioritize effectively when everything feels urgent use sound judgment and apply the right evaluative techniques to ensure we’re making the exceptional hires.

The salary range for this opportunity is $120000 - $145000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
