We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for critical clinical and technical roles. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will leverage data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires expertise in managing complex searches, building strong stakeholder relationships, and executing efficient hiring processes. You will play a key role in shaping team structures and supporting organizational growth. Autonomy, collaboration, and a passion for people-first hiring are essential to succeed in this role.

Accountabilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, and clinical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market trends, and compensation considerations.

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, building robust talent pipelines.

Use data and recruiting metrics to forecast hiring outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and guide decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and People Business Partners to align headcount planning and offer execution.

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within applicant tracking systems.

Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience while representing the organization externally.

Requirements:

8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Proven experience in healthcare or health-tech recruiting, with physician hiring preferred.

Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and drive hiring outcomes.

Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation discussions and competing offers.
