This role offers the opportunity to drive the growth of high-performing Product and Engineering teams by leading full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding them on search strategy, candidate sourcing, and best practices to attract top talent. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on sourcing, and operational excellence, ensuring both candidate and manager experiences are exceptional. You will leverage tools like ATS systems, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to identify, engage, and close top-tier candidates. This is a dynamic environment where adaptability, collaboration, and communication are key to success. Your contributions will directly impact the scale and quality of teams powering innovative AI and engineering initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with Product and Engineering hiring managers to scale teams, providing strategic guidance from role intake to offer acceptance
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent for AI, engineering, and other technical roles
- Collaborate with scheduling coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Implement structured hiring processes to reduce bias and maintain a consistent candidate experience
- Utilize ATS tools, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in AI, engineering, or B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Strong knowledge of technical competencies, market trends, and talent mapping strategies
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting tools for sourcing, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for people, collaboration, and delivering a world-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Competitive hourly rate ($60–$75 USD per hour) for the contract role
- Potential to extend or convert to a full-time position
